Cancellation Policy

INSTALLATION Displays will be installed between 6-10pm on the date selected. A specific time within that window will not be provided as it depends on the location of other bookings on that same evening. Customers do not need to be present during set up as long as the yard is accessible. Customers DO need to ensure that all animals are secured during that window. Customers DO need to ensure that no lawn maintenance occurs while displays are up. We will take down the displays between 4pm -7pm the following day. PAYMENT Full payment is required at the time of booking. CANCELLATIONS AND WEATHER Because yard card displays are weather dependent: - Severe weather such as high winds, lightning, heavy rain, storms) may require rescheduling. - If we must cancel due to weather, you may: - reschedule to another available date - receive a full refund Customer initiated cancellations: - 75% refunded if cancelled 4+ weeks out - 50% refunded if cancelled 3+ weeks out - 25% refunded if cancelled 2+ weeks out - no refund if cancelled within 2 weeks of event. LAWN REQUIREMENTS For installation, the yard must be: - accessible and free of obstacles - be grass or soft ground - sprinklers must be turned off - animals must be secured - lawn maintenance must be delayed **if we arrive and are unable to set up for any reason, no refunds will be issued. CARE OF THE DISPLAY Our signs are rental items and remain property of Grant Co Yard Cards. Please help us keep them in great condition. - Do not move or rearrange signs. - Do not allow children or anyone to climb or play on the signs. - Do not mow or weed-eat near the display. - Do not allow animals near the signs. - Do not remove stakes from the ground. Damaged or missing items will result in a replacement fee. PHOTOGRAPHY Photos of your display will be used for marketing and social media unless you request otherwise. We will make sure your address and other major identifying items are not visible in images. We encourage recipient to take pictures near the signs to commemorate your celebration. We would love to be tagged in those posts. TRAVEL AREA Our standard service area includes Grant County. Locations outside of Grant County may incur a travel fee.
